PC-Woody, a two-part epoxy paste created to repair missing or deteriorating wood, boasts structural strength surpassing that of most wood types. This durable wood repair solution can be utilized both indoors and outdoors, offering a permanent fix for a variety of applications. Made from real wood, PC-Woody exhibits many wood-like characteristics.

The formulation of PC-Woody allows for an extended working time, perfect for large or critical projects where adjustments may be needed. Its high "wet grab" ensures easy application on overhead and sidewall surfaces without dripping or sagging. PC-Woody is highly resistant to a range of weather conditions, UV light, dry rot, as well as chemicals found in pressure-treated wood.

Once cured, this epoxy paste can be painted, stained, drilled, machined, sanded, filed, tapped, or sawed without any issues. Suitable for repairing log homes, furniture, window and door sills, and more, PC-Woody comes in an off-white color for component A, light brown for component B, and a mixed color of pine or tan.

With a work time of 30-40 minutes at 70 degrees F, PC-Woody becomes tack-free within 90 minutes and fully cures for service within 24 hours. The maximum cure time is 7 days, and it exhibits a Gardner impact resistance of 100 In/lb. This epoxy paste has a tensile shear strength of 850 psi, compressive yield of 2340 psi, and flexural strength of 1280 psi.
